"If you believe in something hard enough, it will come true"
This quote sums up my feels towards fall and all the magic it brings :) Seriously, I am over here just trying to make the fall season happen! Although it's officially Autumn now, Dallas weather hasn't really cooperated. I have made the transition a few days this past week from cut off shorts to leggings though, and I call that a win!
These camo leggings are my absolute favorite and are perfect for this fall. Camo is E V E R Y WHERE this season! From dresses, to jackets to pants it is for sure a top trend. I love these leggings because they are 1. so cozy 2. are really thick so they are not see-through (no one wants that) and I love that the camo is subtle!
Today, Tyler and I had a little date at Starbucks before church. I am the ONLY person on the planet that doesn't love pumpkin spice lattes- it's just too much for me! But I do have an amaazzziinnggg fall order! I order a skinny latte with one pump of vanilla and one pump of pumpkin= HEAVEN

oh hi Ella Jane!
We were so excited to go to church together today! It was our first time to go together since Tyler's surgery, we had seriously been talking all week about how ready were were to get back. Tyler and I had big plans this weekend, and they were all rained out :( We planned to go to Autumn at the Arboretum and see all the pumpkins, but we ended up just staying in to avoid the nasty weather! We are trying to soak up are last weeks of just us! Bring on all the dates and activities :) I am now just over 33 weeks pregnant, so the clock is ticking. The Amazon delivery truck is about to deliver Dreft and this week I am going to start getting ready for her arrival. Our app gave us a list of all the things we should have done or be doing... lol we didn't have one single thing checked off! I guess we will be working overtime to get ready for Ella Jane's arrival.
If you need me, I will be over here praying for fall and cooler weather!

Tonight I am sitting in Ella Jane's nursery, and I am totally overwhelmed by what an amazing weekend I had back in Arkansas. This post is dedicated to my visit to Little Rock and Fort Smith to celebrate our best girl!

On Saturday my mom and I woke up early and hit the road. My mother-in-law and my sister-in-law hosted the cutest do-nut themed shower...Complete with my very favorite do-nuts! (Mentioned on my LR food guide HERE) It was so fun to get back to Little Rock and see some of my favorite people, most of which I have only seen briefly since we moved to Dallas. This shower was also special, because lots of Tyler's family friends were able to join.
Sweet shower//with custom pink donuts for Ella Jane!
 My fabulous hosts!
How cute are these party favors?! I was obsessed!
Some of my favorites girls came to celebrate Miss Ella Jane! I have missed seeing these girls so much- we all used to work together at Dillard's
My very first work friend! Anna was at my wedding in Fort Smith and was able to come party with me at my baby shower- we have come full circle!
So thankful for my momma who has helped coordinate and tote me all around for my showers! We have had the best time together over the past few weeks.
Her little invites were adorable! I love all the pink and gold//I know Ella Jane does too :)
So grateful for all my friends and family who were able to come to this shower! It was so special being back in the place Tyler and I started our married life together.

Sunday's Back Home
On Sunday my brother, sister and I were all home for church together in Fort Smith. It was so fun all being together and getting to spend time with each other. My grandma was able to also come into town so we had a full house! My shower in Fort Smith was held after church on Sunday afternoon, and it was perfect. I was able to spend time with so many people who have been in my life for such a long time, and have watched me grow, get married and now have a baby!

Ella Jane I love seeing your initials... Especially in big gold balloons :)
Some of my family was able to come in for this shower! It was so great to be with everyone and celebrate our girl.
The ladies at church who put this shower on for me did such a fabulous job! I am so blessed to be from such a giving church home. I cannot imagine life without this church and the people who came out and celebrated with us this weekend.
Sweet friends who traveled from across the state to come celebrate with us!
Shoutout to my best friend who was there to take all the notes for me! She survived my wedding shower, and now my baby shower... Just with hand cramps :)
Both dresses are from Dillard's and are Chelsea & Violet. I had the link for both of them, but they are both now sold out... I bet you can still find them in stores :)

Yesterday, Tyler and I spent the day unpacking and looking at all the sweet treats for Ella Jane. We were both blown away with how kind and thoughtful everyone was. Tyler wasn't able to join me this weekend, so he sat in the nursery yesterday and we re-lived the showers! He individually opened each gift and we talked about who it was from and how we can't wait to use it!

We are so thrilled to meet our baby girl.
Thanks to everyone who was able to join us this weekend!

This past weekend I got together with some of my best girls and sipped tea while celebrating Ella Jane!
A few of my best girlfriends from college got together and hosted an amazing baby shower at Savoy Tea company in Fayetteville!! We were sorority sisters in college and have stayed besties all these years!
I am obsessed with visiting Savoy in Fort Smith when I come home, so it was the perfect little spot to celebrate with my friends. (Ps the one in Fort Smith was featured HERE)
I was able to travel back to Arkansas on Friday afternoon and mom and I headed up the hill on Saturday morning! The shower was filled with all my favorite things: plenty of pretty dishes and fresh flowers, yummy tea and treats and most importantly some of my favorite people!!
My girls traveled from all over to be with me this weekend and I’m so thankful for each of them! My friend Eve even left town at 4:30 am to be at the shower- talk about dedication!!
Ella Jane is seriously so lucky to have each of them as an Aunt!
Some of my favorite Fayetteville girls were able to join us this weekend as well :)
So happy I got to travel up to Fayetteville with Lolo! We had the best weekend together- seriously hope I can be half the mom she has been to me.
My friend Kristin and I are only three weeks apart-she is having a little boy at the end of October!
Here's to hoping arranged marriages make a comeback...
Can’t wait to meet our sweet girl!
My dress is French Connection and non-maternity! I just sized up// you can shop HERE

The countdown is officially on!
We are less than T E N weeks from Ella Jane's due date
this past Friday I hit thirty weeks and we are all getting so anxious to meet our girl
We are now visiting my doctor every other week for appointments and to check up on her. They have started measuring me the past few appointments, and she is growing right on track. The doctor says her heartbeat is strong and all looks well.

I have been able to stay super busy during this pregnancy...maybe more than one should lol but she doesn't seem to mind! She is super active and is constantly kicking and moving around. Our doctor told us to measure and make sure she is moving at least 10 times in two hours... we timed it that night when we got home and we had 10 movements in six minutes. She really is a handful!
She is officially out these days :) People are stopping me in the grocery store and while I am running errands asking when I am due and how I am doing! I thought this would happen a lot sooner in pregnancy, but honestly I wasn't showing for the longest time! Lots of people find this annoying, but I am just enjoying it. I can't believe how my belly has grown, you just never know how this is going to feel until you experience it yourself :)

I am so excited because over the next few weeks we get to celebrate sweet Ella Jane!
I have baby showers coming up in Arkansas and I am so looking forward to seeing some of my favorite people. With everything we have had going on, celebrating our little girl is just what the doctor ordered.
Before heading to her showers, I was able to get her Thank You cards ready to go! I am obsessed with the way that they turned out! Pretty in Pink of course.
I have been home nursing Tyler back to health since surgery- and he is doing wonderful! I have really only left home for doctors appointments, to pick us up food or to go to the grocery store...however, after a great appointment for Ella Jane on Monday I spent a little time out and about. I went shopping for a dress to wear to my baby shower in Fayetteville this weekend, and after hours of searching finally had success!
PS shopping while pregnant could be an olympic sport!! I was seriously exhausted when I got home.
Ella Jane: We already love you so much and cannot wait to meet you!
I am still just wanting Chic-Fil-A (lol)
I am staying active by taking care of your dad and the cavapups, you love hearing them!
Thanks to you, I had heartburn for the first time in my life- it was awful!
My entire stomach dances when you move these days
Your daddy is working hard everyday to get stronger and ready to meet you!
You have rudely moved under my ribs and make sitting impossible sometimes
I am addicted to eating crushed ice, it seems to be an epidemic (like how bad is this for my teeth?! I weigh the options every day... eating crushed ice always wins)
I developed a cough and sore throat after staying with Tyler in the hospital, and am finally turning the corner. Obviously, you can't take very many medicines while pregnant... so thanks to you I just endured taking Robitussin for the first time in a decade... so so gross
So far I am not swelling and the doctor said my weight gain looks good- I told him all I know is I am getting rounder by the day lol
Tyler and I are planning on taking a childbirth class and touring the hospital in the next month. It is getting so real!

We pray for you every day and can't wait to see your face
